'Celebration' fundraiser this Saturday honors Tina Tessier at Stadium Theatre
WOONSOCKET – "Celebration," a show to raise funds for the American Cancer Society and dedicated to the memory of cancer victim Tina Tessier, will be held this Saturday, May 17, at the Stadium Theatre.
The show will feature plenty of local talent, including some who have gone on to the "big time." Nicolas Farrar, a past winner of the Autumnfest Talent Show, is returning from singing engagements in Switzerland; Greg Bonin, a top finisher in the Transcontinental Talent search in Orlando will perform as will Ocean State Follies' own Charlie Hall.
There will also be performances by Jeff Gamache, Heidi Nirk, Noel Pincince, Tom Monti, Gloria Jean Roy, and the Providence Theatrical Ballroom and Jazz Project.
The show begins at 7 pm.
